 ''The Yorkshire Dales''  title  has been used to make it easier to find via internet search engines.

It was set up by PC Simon Crossley, a serving Police Officer with North Yorkshire Police Safer Neighbourhood Patrol Team in Grassington. Simon was a Road Traffic patrol motorcyclist based at The Tyrls in Bradford West Yorkshire until May 2004 when he  transferred to North Yorkshire Police.

''I have tried to keep this website as simple as possible with minmal graphics in order to improve the speed in which each page is downloaded.

You may see advertisements at the top of each page. As this is a zero cost website ( no one has provided any funding for this site and it is not supported  financially or otherwise by any organisation ) these ads' are used to generate revenue for the web hosting company and are not endorsed by The Yorskhire Dales Safer Neighbourhood Team Website.
